All items are handmade to order. Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not allow order cancellations once an order is confirmed and processing has begun.

Refunds: We will issue a refund only if the item is materially defective, damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong item. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.moraliswimwear@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your request and photos, we will review the claim. If approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Refunds may exclude original shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Lost or damaged in transit: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We may require a claim with the carrier; we will assist you through the process.
