Shipping policy

Handmade-to-order: All bikinis are handcrafted to order. Order production time (listed under standard shipping) is an estimated time frame required to make your order and does not include shipping time.

Shipping options & processing order:

• Standard Shipping: Your order once processed will be added to our queue and has a standard time frame.

• Express / Priority Express: Selecting Express or Priority Express moves your order ahead in our production queue so it begins sooner than Standard orders. 

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

• No cancellations or refunds: Because items are made to order and prioritized in our queue, we do not permit order cancellations or refunds. 

• Transit delays & carriers: Shipping carriers handle transit; we aren’t responsible for carrier delays beyond our control. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a claim.
