  2. About Our Products We design and sell handmade, made-to-order bikinis and swimwear. Because items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, pattern, or texture are normal and part of the product’s character.

  3. Orders and Payment

  • Order acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product information or pricing.
  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed on our site. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
  • Pricing: Prices shown are in the currency indicated on the site and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless specified.
  1. Production, Processing & Shipping
  • Lead times: As a made-to-order business, production and processing times vary, estimated production and shipping times are provided at checkout.
  • Shipping: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you when we deliver the item to the carrier. Shipping carriers determine delivery timeframes; we are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
  1. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
  • No returns or cancellations: Because products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or order cancellations once your order has been processed.
  • Refunds: We will consider and may issue refunds only for materially defective items, items damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong item. To request a refund you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method and may exclude original shipping costs unless the error was ours.
  • Non-eligible claims: Refunds are not provided for minor variations inherent to handmade goods, buyer’s remorse, fit issues caused by incorrect sizing choices, or subjective color variation from monitor displays.
